1. What is ATM cash advance?
   
   ATM cash advance refers to the withdrawal of cash using a Diners Club card through participating ATM network.
   


2. Do I have to enroll for the ATM cash advance facility?
   
   

   You do not need to enroll for the ATM cash advance facility. But you will need to request your Personal Indentification Number (PIN) from Diners Club at 03 - 2161 1055
   

3. Can I opt in for the ATM cash advance facility at a later date?
   
   

   When you have decided to opt in, please give us a letter to authorize us to activate the ATM cash advance facility. A new PIN will be generated and sent to you.
   

4. What should I do if I did not receive the PIN?
   
   Please call our Customer Service at: 03-2161 1055.
   


5. Is there any charge for ATM cash advance facility?
   
   

   For Credit Card, a cash advance fee of 5% (or RM20 whichever is greater) on the amount of cash advanced is imposed for each cash advance withdrawn. Interest at the rate of 1.5% per month is levied on the daily cash advance balance from date of cash advance withdrawn until it is fully settled.
   
   As for Charge Card, you enjoy 0% interest on your cash advance withdrawal. A cash advance fee of 6% (or RM20 whichever is greater) on the amount of cash advanced is imposed for each cash advance withdrawn.

6. Where can I withdraw ATM cash advance?
   
   You may withdraw ATM cash advance from any ATM bearing the Diners Club International and/or PULSE acceptance marks at more than 700,000 ATMs in 120 countries. In Malaysia, you may withdraw cash from all Maybank & Citibank ATMs.
   


7. What should I do if I encounter any problem in my ATM cash advance withdrawal?
   
   If you encounter any problem, please contact our Customers Service at 03-2161 1055.
   
   
8. What if I forget my PIN?
   
   Please call our Customer Service at 03-2161 1055. A new PIN will be issued to you.
   
   
9. What happens if my Diners Club card is lost or stolen?

   The PIN linked to the card will be automatically cancelled once you report the loss of the card to us. A new PIN will be issued with the replacement card.

10. What if the ATM does not dispense cash or the amount dispensed is incorrect?

    Take note of the location of the ATM, the name of the bank, the amount dispensed and keep the original receipt. Please call our Customer Service at 03-2161 1055 so that we can raise the dispute with the ATM bank.

11. Will I earn Diners Club Rewards Points on ATM cash advance?

    Diners Club Rewards Points is not applicable for all Cash Advance withdrawal.

12. Can I take cash advance from Diners Club office?

    You may take cash advance over-the-counter from Diners Club office at 15th Floor, Menara Tan & Tan, 207 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur during office hours, Monday - Friday : 9am - 5pm or Saturday : 9am - 1pm.
