Q1. Do I have to pay for the Automatic Bill Payment Service?
A. No, the Automatic Bill Payment Service is provided FREE to Diners Club Cardmembers only.
   
Q2. If I fax the completed Enrolment Form, do I still need to mail the original Enrolment Form to Diners Club?
A. No, if you have faxed, please do not mail.
   
Q3. Can I subscribe to the Automatic Bill Payment Service if the Telekom / TNB / Astro / Celcom / Electcoms / DiGi / Maxis / TIME / TIMENet account / MAA Assurance Policy / MPAJ / TBN (below RM1000.00 bill) belongs to my friend or family member?
A1. You can subscribe to the Automatic Bill Payment Service subject to the following :-
A2. Maxis - Please attach Authorization Letter, copy of Diners Club Card, NRIC and latest Diners Club Card statement.
A3. TIME/TIMENet - Please attach Authorization Letter, copy of TIME/TIMENet bill, NRIC and latest Diners Club Card statement.
A4. ASTRO - Diners Club Cardmembers can pay for their own Astro account only.
A5. MAA - Diners Club Cardmembers may pay the policy premium belonging to his/her spouse and children.
   
Q4. If I have an outstanding balance with Telekom/TNB/Astro/Celcom/Electcoms/ DiGi/Maxis/TIME/TIMENet account /MAA Assurance / MPAJ/TBN (below RM1000.00 bill) do I have to settle the amount before applying for this Automatic Bill Payment Service?
A. You will have to settle your outstanding bills/MAA premium payment until the effective date of the Automatic Bill Payment Service with Diners Club. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks after faxing/posting of the Enrolment Form for the Automatic Bill Payment Service to be effective.
   
Q5. When is the bill / premium for MAA policy considered paid?
A.

The bill is considered paid upon debit to your Diners Club Card account.

For MAA policy, premium is considered paid only upon successful processing of the debit payment by Diners Club.

   
Q6. Will payment receipt be issued?
A. Your Diners Club statement is the confirmation of the bill / premium payment. A separate receipt will not be issued.
   
Q7. How do I terminate the Automatic Bill Payment Service?
A. You may terminate the Automatic Bill Payment Service by giving one (1) month’s written notice to the relevant service provider(s) and to Diners Club. Subscribers will continue to be liable for billings prior to the termination of the said Automatic Bill Payment Service. MAA policyholders who are Diners Club Cardmembers must inform MAA and Diners Club in writing at least one (1) month from the next premium due date.
