Terms and Conditions

  1. “Automatic Bill Payment Service” (“Autobill Service”) is provided by Diners Club (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (“Diners Club”) to Subscribers where Subscribers’ charges billed by Service Providers are automatically debited to the Subscribers’ accounts with Diners Club.
  2. “Subscribers” are Diners Club members who subscribe to the Autobill Service.
  3. “Service Providers” refer to suppliers duly approved by Diners Club to
  4. Upon approval of Subscribers’ application forms requesting for the Autobill Service, the charges billed by the Service Providers to the Subscribers will be debited to the Subscriber’s account with Diners Club.
  5. Diners Club is under no obligation to inform Subscribers on non-payment of their Autobill charges if their accounts are terminated or suspended for any reason whatsoever. In such event, the Subscribers shall be responsible to pay directly to the Service Providers.
  6. In the event of any billing dispute, Subscribers should directly resolve the dispute with the relevant Service Providers. Diners Club shall only entertain enquiries relating to the payment of the Autobill Service.
  7. Subscribers may terminate the Autobill Service by giving not less than one (1) month’s notice in writing to Diners Club.
  8. The Autobill Service terms and conditions herein shall be supplemental to Diners Club card membership terms and conditions.
  9. Diners Club reserves the right at any time to change, amend, add or delete any term and condition of the Autobill Service without reference to Subscriber.
